Needless to say, I share your exact mindset. Where to go? What to do? How to cope? It’s exhausting, as you say, which of course is Team Trump’s whole strategy: to wear us out and wear us down.

At the risk of sounding banal, all we can do is keep fighting, which is to say, keep doing all the things that you described: stay informed, resist the lies, and above all, make our collective voice heard at the polls. We can’t let Trump make us feel powerless. That is another of his cons, because we are far from powerless, and he knows that and fears it. I’m not convinced that justice will be served in terms of the legal system, but I know we have the numbers to win if we just organize and stay committed. I do believe that crooks and liars and cretins like this faux president and his enablers usually screw up and bring about their own downfall. Let’s do everything we can to help that process along.
